Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the services provided through the Storya mobile application (the “App”) by Softxware (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1.The Service

Storya is a platform for reading episode-based digital stories. Some episodes are free; others can be accessed with virtual “coins” or a Premium subscription. Content and features may change from time to time.

2.Account

• You can use the App as a guest or by creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3.Virtual Coins and Purchases

• “Coins” are a virtual unit used only to unlock episodes within the App; they are not real money and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Coin purchases are consumable products. Subject to your statutory rights, coins that have been delivered are non-refundable.
• All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms. Refund requests are handled according to the store's policies.

4.Premium Subscription (Auto-Renewing)

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your store account (Apple ID / Google account) at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within that window.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings (iOS: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; Android: Google Play › Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Current price, duration and Premium benefits (ad-free reading and weekly coins) are shown on the purchase screen.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the App unlawfully; copy or distribute content without permission; reverse engineer the App; attempt to bypass security measures; exploit the coin/reward system through cheating or automation; or infringe the rights of others.

User-generated content (comments) — zero tolerance. Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, spam/advertising and sharing other people’s personal information are prohibited in comments; there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any comment or block its author from the “…” menu next to it; you will no longer see comments from users you block. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that violates these rules is removed and the offending account may be suspended or permanently terminated.

6.Intellectual Property

The App and its content (including stories, text, images and logos) belong to Softxware or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7.Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8.Termination and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App via Settings › Delete My Account; this cannot be undone.

9.Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page, and we may notify you of significant changes in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Applicable consumer protection legislation is reserved when determining the competent courts and enforcement offices for disputes.
